Philippe's dream of making wine and his friendship with Ugo Arguti, the former winemaker of Château Fombrauge (Grand Cru Saint Emilion), became a real project in 2011, when he discovered
this little garden of vinyards upon the Dordogne Valley.
The empty garage was turned into a "chai" and the adventure started with the first harvest in 2012.
The pressed Sémillon was put in nice french oak barrels called "perle blanche" and vinficated "sur lie". The oak is just giving a little bit of "gras" to the fresh and flowery notes of the grape variety. After 10 months in the barrels, it gave birth to
1 960 bottles all numbered.
